FESTIVAL OF PACIFIC ARTS: GAAWAA MIYAY

Gaawaa Miyay X JAG collaborative fashion range was featured as part of the Fashion and Wearable Art program at the 13th Festival of Pacific Arts Ho‘oulu Lāhui: Regenerating Oceania (FESTPAC) gathering in June 2024.

As part of the Creative Australia Fashion and Textiles delegation with Indigenous Fashion Projects, Lucy showed her collection through exhibition, display, on the runway, and also shared experience on commercial partnerships, Aboriginal design philosophy and the development and creation of an ethical fashion range through festival workshops and symposiums.
